Record of Airstrikes Conducted by the Terrorist Military Junta Against Civilian Populations During Ongoing Flooding

According to data collected from August 8 to August 23, 2026, ground-level information reveals that the terrorist military junta carried out a total of 239 airstrikes across 11 regions in Myanmar while the population was suffering from severe flooding.
During these airstrikes, a total of 88 innocent civilians lost their lives, and 157 people sustained injuries.
A total of 15 buildings were damaged or destroyed, including 10 religious structures and 3 schools.
Data gathered between August 8 and August 23 shows that Sagaing Region experienced up to 60 airstrikes across 14 townships, resulting in 59 injuries and 37 innocent civilian fatalities.
